Step 1: Navigate to the Nylon “Form Editor” tab and you will have the option to type in a name for your new form. Give the form a unique name that you will identify this form with.



Step 2: Click on the pencil Icon to view the options for each field. You can set required fields, additional fields and create as many fields as you want. Get creative!



Step 3: Set the form functionality, edit default form settings and user interaction settings.



Step 4: Set form effects, automatic on-page load popup form, and other awesome miscellaneous settings.
